arrived at atlanta airport this morning at 10:30AM got to the car rental desk at 10:45 waited inline until 1:30 then got to the desk to be told there is a further 35 minute wait to actualy see the car wich turned out to be one hour so almost a four hour wait to rent a car but i did save $20 dollars however if your time is worth more than $5 dollars an hour I would suggest apying the extra 20 and save hours of waiting I was also told that this is not a one off by both a customer and an employee at the desk. if I could take off three quarters of a star I would
