This is the worst hospital in Atlanta hands down. I dread going to the emergency room there but unfortunately there aren't many options on this side of town. I hadn't eaten in two days, was very dizzy and dehydrated and they just told me to wait in the waiting room until my name is called. Three hours later I went to the lady who does the vital signs at the registration desk and told her I felt like I was gonna pass out and she just shrugged her shoulders. I asked for a blanket or something because I had the chills and was literally shivering. Her response was we don't give out blankets in the waiting room. I hate that this is the only option in SW Atlanta. Terrible.

It was God that led us here. Everyone was professional and kind. All aspects of care of care were explained thoroughly through every step from admission to discharge, especially Michelle R. Thank you for Regency.

This hospital has some real good people. Oren, Alonzo, Anne Marie, Tim W, Vicki R, Priestly T, Awanna, Kelly, Esabe and Michelle P. stood out the most. Some of the names I didn't get. All of the rehab people are good. I would recommend this place to someone. - Ms. Rucker

This hospital is by far the worst I have ever seen. My wife and I have been coming once a week for the past couple of months to visit her brother. We have watched him lay there and deteriorate before our eyes and will be told nothing concerning his health or well being because of hippa which we understand, however, when we ask about his hygiene we are told and I quote" that is up to the family to do". Hair is long and greasy, beard which he has never had is out of control, and nails are horrible. BO smell is just plain nasty. Half the time when we arrive we have to cover him with a sheet because he is half uncovered and not wearing anything but a gown which is pulled up and laying on a pad. I could go on and on but you get the point I'm sure.

My mother is in the hospital she was in the stage of dying after having my sister and now taday it is 8:23 September 6, 2017 and my mom says she can't hardly breathe and that her side is hurting and she called the nurses and they said that they are doing schedule switching and they still haven't came to assist her yet . Y'all is not doing yalls job right but my oldest cousin , grandma ,and dad is on there way to see about her
