I bought a bridal set for my lady online and the posted dat for it to be received was 04/1. I am a truck driver so it is sort of hard for me to schedule my days off. I go up to this location on the 26 and the lady said it hasnt came yet. Cool. I called today to see if it was delivered, and a lady answered the phone and said that there was no way shecould check with online orders and that they email you when it is delivered. Cool so i checked my email and my product was delivered on the 03/23. A whole 2 days early from when I went up there. I call the store to see what was going on. A different lady told me they had it. Now I have to wait 3 and a half weeks to pick up. Smdh
Worst experience ever. I went in just to pick up some jewelry that was fixed. It took at least an hour before I was even seen. If you are looking for fast service. This place isnt it.
Worse Kay's ever I got hired and NEVER received my schedule nor do they know how to answer the phone. When I finally got to speak with with the manager sire she put me on hold and NEVER came back. Worse customer service ever !!
I just needed a battery replaced and I left with a broken watch.
