I give 3 * because I do accomplish what I come for, but it seems to me the Librarians seem agitated or annoyed by the simplest question you ask. For instance, the printer wasn't working properly that I paid .50 cent a color page for and I needed 10, so I paid $5.00 and it didn't print out. So of course I went to the desk almost scared to say my grievances. They fixed the problem but I don't want to feel like I am a problem. I thanked them and carried on with my day! Also I went to pay .20 cent for 2 black and white copied resume' and they told me I had a $16.00 balance on some Books! After I complained they took it off, but only thing I go to the library to do is print off stuff and that is it! Also there is no FAX. Save yourself some time and go to the check cashing store. They charge $3.00.
Good atmosphere until something comes up missing. I had a laptop that mysteriously disappeared one day. No one knew what happened and the branch didn't even have a security camera.
Out of all FULTON libraries I come to this one the most.
Great assistant librarians here they try thier best to help you with whatever questions you have. Its not a big library but it's Wi-Fi is very good to use and the setup is cool!
