Made our reservations online for a great price, yeah we had to look for a spot and the potholes were bad in a few spots but the shuttle picked us up quickly. Return trip we got an email reminder, we landed and tried to call the number on the email to reserve a pickup but no answer. The prerecorded message said to proceed to number 48 in domestic parking and we had to ask for directions once we got to south terminal but found our way okay. Shuttle was pulling up as we got there so no wait. I think if you need help with common sense or want a super smooth and dummy proof parking this isn't for you but if you're savvy and plan well and don't mind a little surface roughness you'll like Avistar.
You are awesome! We always park here, but this time we had an issue with misplaced car keys, so a friend had to bring our other set to the airport and took us to the lot. You let us in, helped us find the car, and the security guard loaded our bags for us! After a long night of things going wrong, you ended it on a positive for us. I booked parking at this facility for 5 days through another online service and really got a great rate. It was difficult to find this place at night as there is no sign of the business and no lights at the gate. Upon entering the lot I was confused where to park as once you pass the entrance you will find road going uphill and everyone parked on roadside and even on the grass. Actual lot is at the end of road on right side. They need to resurface the lot. Shuttle service is good and was able to find shuttle quickly and their drivers are friendly. I will recommend this place if you get a good deal.
I've used Fasttrack a few times and received decent service. However, my last experience was horrible. I waited (along with several other people) for more than 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive just to wait for another because everyone couldn't fit. I called the office after waiting about 20 minutes but no one answered. I called 5 minutes later and spoke with a representative. I explained that there were a lot of people waiting and they should make sure at least 2 buses were on the way. The representative's response was "I know one bus is on the way but I'm not sure when the next will arrive." Not only was it over 90 degrees outside, there were elderly people that had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the next bus. Also, the driver on the first bus did not assist anyone with loading bags; he just sat in the seat and insisted that he did not know when the next bus was coming. When the second bus managed to show up, it was completely full and there were still people left at the airport. "You get what you pay for"; true statement! This was my last time using this company and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Worst long term parking experience I have ever had. My car was broken into even though they had a "police officer on site". The company, 3 months later, still hasn't reimbursed me for the window I had to fix. The GM, Terry, doesn't not reply to calls or texts. This place is also in a shady part of town. Pay twice as much somewhere else and NEVER park here.
